Cleaning inspection checklists with photos
Pick a checklist for each area (restroom, lobby, break room) and rate every item pass/fail or 1 to 5. Snap a photo of anything wrong. ScoreWalk adds it up into a building score as you go.
For commercial cleaning and janitorial companies
ScoreWalk is a janitorial inspection app for small commercial cleaning companies that rates every restroom, lobby and office in a building, from a phone, with photos. Each walk-through becomes a building score, a report the client's facility manager can open from a link, and a fix list your night crew works through.
Proof of work
On paperThe facility manager emails about a full trash can in suite 210.
In ScoreWalkYou open last night's inspection: suite 210 scored 5 of 5, with a photo, and the fix list shows nothing open there.
On paperInspection sheets sit in the truck, never added up.
In ScoreWalkEvery walk-through is a building score, and each building shows its trend against the client's target.
On paperThe contract goes out to bid, and all you can say is that the crew works hard.
In ScoreWalkYou bring a year of scores, every low one with its fix verified, to the renewal meeting.
What it does
Pick a checklist for each area (restroom, lobby, break room) and rate every item pass/fail or 1 to 5. Snap a photo of anything wrong. ScoreWalk adds it up into a building score as you go.
Every submitted inspection is a report: the score against the client's target, each area rated, and the photos. Share it by link, print it to PDF, or on Pro let the facility manager log in and see only their own buildings.
Each building shows its scores over time, so you can spot an account slipping before the client does, and bring proof to the contract renewal.
Every low score becomes a deficiency with the before photo attached. Assign it, set a fix-by date, and on Team your crew leads mark it fixed with an after photo before the inspector verifies it.
On Pro, facility managers send a request with a photo instead of texting you at 10 pm. You answer, turn it into a fix for the crew, and they see when it's done.
Generic checklist apps start from a form. ScoreWalk starts from your accounts: every score, photo and fix belongs to a client, a building and an area, and each facility manager sees only their own buildings.
How it works
9:40 pm
Your clients, buildings and areas are already in ScoreWalk, each area with its checklist. Paste your building list from a spreadsheet to start.
11:15 pm
The supervisor scores each restroom, lobby and office from their phone, with a photo of anything wrong. Every rating saves as they tap.
11:50 pm
The building score is worked out, and each low score lands on the crew lead's fix list with its photo.
7:30 am
The facility manager opens the report from a link, or logs in to see only their own buildings.

Questions
For a small company, yes. Dedicated janitorial QC tools like OrangeQC, Otuvy and Swept start at $150 to $250 a month, often with a setup fee, and are built for contractors with hundreds of accounts. ScoreWalk keeps the parts a company with 5 to 40 accounts uses every week (scored inspections with photos, client reports, a fix list) from $29 a month.
It replaces the paper inspection form a cleaning supervisor carries through a building. You rate each area on your phone, attach photos, and the app works out the score and keeps the history, so you can show the client the work is being checked.
A short list per type of area. A restroom checklist usually covers toilets and urinals, sinks and counters, mirrors, floors, trash, and paper and soap stocked. A lobby or office checklist covers floors, dusting, glass, trash and entry mats. ScoreWalk lets you write your own checklists and reuse them across buildings.
Each item counts as a share of its scale: a pass or a 5 is 100%, a 4 is 80%, a fail is 0%. The building score is the average of every item rated on that walk-through. You set a target per client, like 90%, and scores below it are flagged.
Yes. On every plan you can send a report link or a PDF. On Pro and Team, invite the client's facility manager: they log in and see only their own buildings' submitted reports, scores, photos and fixes, and can send you cleaning requests.
It covers the record-keeping side of one: a set schedule of inspections per building, consistent checklists, scores against a target, corrective action on every low score, and a report to the client. The plan itself (how often, who inspects) is yours to decide.
Generic free checklist apps exist and are fine for a single form. ScoreWalk is not free; it starts at $29 a month after a 14-day trial, and is built around clients, buildings and a facility manager who should see only their own sites.
For 14 days you can use everything on the Starter plan without a card. After that your inspections stay readable, and adding new ones needs a plan. Starter is $29 a month for 15 buildings and 3 inspectors.
